Air Canada is offering additional savings to
customers who book online. Beginning today, tickets purchased at
www.aircanada.ca and www.aircanada.com for travel to most destinations within
Canada and United States are eligible for savings of $5.00 off round-trip
fares and $2.50 off one-way fares. Air Canada`s new online discounts are
applicable to all regular, published fares to all destinations in Canada and
the United States eligible for electronic ticketing.

booking online,” said Bill Bredt, Vice President, Network and Revenue
Management. “Our new online discounts off published fares complement Air
Canada`s weekly offering of Websaver fares in addition to other web promotions
that have become increasingly popular with our customers seeking convenience
and great value.”

Air Canada introduced Weekend Websaver fares in 1997. Today, more than
500,000 subscribers receive the weekly e-mail listing of low, weekend getaway
fares for last minute travel. In addition, Air Canada regularly offers several
special web-only promotions every week available on the airline`s site at
www.aircanada.ca for travel originating in Canada, and at www.aircanada.com
for travel originating in the United States.
