US Airways announced today a fare sale to celebrate the launch of inaugural service to five new Caribbean locations. Customers flying roundtrip on US Airways to Belize, Grenada, Providenciales, Punta Cana and St. Kitts can travel for as little as $279 when purchasing tickets before Nov. 15, 2002.

The five new Caribbean locations will increase US Airways` overall Caribbean network to 21 jet destinations. US Airways Express and the GoCaribbean network carriers bring the total to 34 destinations. Other sale fares are available to all US Airways Caribbean jet destinations for travel through December 12, 2002.

Travel is valid Nov. 2, 2002, through March 23, 2003. Travel must be roundtrip, with a required three-day advance purchase. Tickets must be purchased within three days of making the reservation and no later than Nov. 15, 2002. A three-night or Saturday-night minimum stay, whichever comes first, is required, and a 30-day maximum stay is allowed.

Fares listed require roundtrip Coach Class travel. Depending on travel needs, flights may be available at the same fares with part of the service on regional aircraft operated by US Airways Express carriers Allegheny Airlines, Air Midwest, Chautauqua, Colgan Air, Mesa, Piedmont Airlines, PSA, Shuttle America or Trans States Airlines.

These sale fares do not include up to $18 in airport passenger facility charges where applicable, and do not include September 11th Security Fee of up to $10 per itinerary. Fares do not include government-imposed taxes/fees/surcharges of up to $67. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights.

Fares noted are available on certain days of service only. These sale fares are not available in every market or on all routes. Other conditions may apply and schedules are subject to change. These discount fares may not always be lower than other US Airways fares to select destinations.
