For the first time customers buying flights and holidays at the British Airways Travel Shop in Harrods can relax with a truly personalised service in the new ‘Harrods Lounge’ within the shop.
Opened this week by British Airways’ chairman Lord Marshall of Knightsbridge and Mohammed Al Fayed, owner of the exclusive Knightsbridge store, the lounge will be available to Concorde, First, Club World, Club Europe and Gold and Silver British Airways Executive Card holders.
As the frantic Christmas shopping period arrives, customers can take time to relax in the newly appointed lounge, located on the lower ground floor within the British Airways Travel Shop, and plan a trip away. From the sanctuary of the comfortable, private room they will be served with refreshments whilst receiving priority treatment from dedicated travel consultants.
Lord Marshall said: “Our premium cabin customers have always asked for a personalised service from British Airways. This lounge allows us to do that on the ground as well as in the air.”
