Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) President and Chief Executive Officer Sam Addoms today announced that the airline’s Chief Operating Officer Jeff Potter will assume the additional title and responsibilities of president. Potter assumes his new title of president and chief operating officer, effective Monday, Aug. 6 and Addoms will retain the title of chief executive officer. Both are, and will continue as, members of the Company’s Board of Directors.

“Jeff possesses exemplary leadership skills and was instrumental in building Frontier’s successful business model,” explained Addoms. “He has the respect of Frontier’s employees and the confidence of our Board of Directors and we look forward to his continued contributions and guidance.”
