Frontier Airlines Names Web Developer

Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: FRNT ) has named Jason Kelly as web developer, effective immediately. Kelly joined Frontier in March, 1999 and most recently served as marketing systems coordinator at the airline. In this newly created position, Kelly will be responsible for the production and content development of the company`s Web site, . He will also be vital to the process of assessing new standards, technologies and trends to enhance and market the site`s capabilities. Kelly, 26, will report to Director of E-Commerce Lowell Miller.

“With more than 12 percent of Frontier`s current bookings currently being made on-line, an increase of 137 percent over the past year, and as Frontier`s Web-based business continues to grow, so does the need to provide an integrated, interactive site that will anticipate our customers` needs,” said Miller. “Jason`s creativity, technical expertise and unique insight into the airline business make him the ideal candidate for this position.”

Kelly brings over five years of diverse airline experience to his new position. He previously served as schedule planning analyst for Frontier and as a staff consultant for Minneapolis-based Kiehl Hendrickson Group, an airline-consulting group. He holds a bachelor`s degree in business administration, with a major in aviation administration and a minor in computer science from the University of North Dakota.
