Air-India Reschedules Some Flights Due Bandh

Air-India has, in view of the Bandh called on Thursday, September 26, 2002, cancelled two flights and re-scheduled departure timings of five other flights. The status of the flights affected is as under:
Flight AI-352 which operates on the Mumbai-Kolkata-Guwahati-Bangkok sectors has been cancelled.
Flight AI-436 which operates on the Mumbai-Singapore sector has been cancelled. Passengers booked to travel on this flight will be accommodated on flight AI-488 to the extent seats are available. The flight AI-488 will depart at 8:20 PM (Indian Standard Time).
Flight AI-827 which operates on the Mumbai-Riyadh-Mumbai sector will operate 9 hours and 15 minutes behind schedule and will now depart at 10 PM ( Indian Standard Time).
Flight AI 717 and AI 837 have been clubbed and will operate on the Mumbai-Dubai-Muscat-Mumbai sector omitting Abu Dhabi. The flight will now depart from Mumbai at 11:40 PM.( Indian Standard Time).

Flight AI 947 which operates on the Mumbai-Thiruvananthapuram-Dubai-Abu Dhabi sector will operate 8 hours 30 minutes behind schedule and will now depart at 01:30 AM on September 27, 2002. (Indian Standard Time).

Flight AI 877 which operates on the Mumbai-Bahrain-Doha sector will now operate 7 hours behind schedule and will depart from Mumbai at 00:55 AM on September 27, 2002.
(Indian Standard Time).


All other flights will operate as per normal schedule. Passengers booked to travel on the above flights can call Air-India Mumbai on Telephone 831-8098 or 831-8888 to find out arrival timings as flights departing late will also arrive late.
