Vanguard Airlines Announces New Vice President Of Finance And Chief Financial Officer

Kansas City, MO—Vanguard Airlines, Inc. (NasdaqSC: VNGD) announced today the appointment of David Rescino to the position of Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Rescino brings 16 years of airline experience to Vanguard. He held previous positions at Continental Airlines as Regional Vice President & General Manager for Continental Express and Senior Director of Finance/Division Controller for the Commuter Division. Mr. Rescino also held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Aspen Mountain Air/Lone Star Airlines. Most recently, he was a consultant specializing in aviation finance and planning for DAR Resources.
