Delta Connection Expands Services

Delta Connection will offer customers additional non-stop regional jet service between Salt Lake City and Bozeman/Big Sky/West Yellowstone, Mont., beginning Nov. 1, 2002, and between Salt Lake City and Austin, Texas, beginning Dec.1, 2002.


The additional round-trip service, operated by Delta Connection carrier SkyWest Airlines (Nasdaq:SKYW) with the Bombardier CRJ regional jet, will bring the total Delta (NYSE:DAL) and Delta Connection service to six round-trip flights between Bozeman and Salt Lake City.


Austin will have three non-stop round-trip flights daily on Delta Connection jets to Salt Lake City, in addition to convenient non-stop service to Delta hubs in Dallas/Fort Worth and Atlanta.


Known for convenience, comfort and speed, Bombardier CRJs feature a comfortable two-by-two seating arrangement; every seat is an aisle or window, with no middle seats. The plane can cruise at 530 mph at altitudes as high as 41,000 feet, and is recognized as one of the quietest commercial aircraft in the world.

The additional daily round-trip service, operated by Delta Connection carrier SkyWest Airlines (Nasdaq:SKYW) with the Bombardier CRJ regional jet, will bring the total Delta Connection round-trip service to three flights between Dallas/Ft. Worth and Louisville and three flights between Dallas/Fort Worth and Jackson.


Louisville and Jackson also have convenient non-stop Delta (NYSE:DAL) and Delta Connection service to Delta’s hubs in Cincinnati and Atlanta.
