America West Airlines
(NYSE: AWA) today announced an Internet fare sale for five destinations in
Texas including Dallas/Ft. Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso and Houston, as
well as Albuquerque, N.M. Roundtrip tickets must be purchased at
americawest.com from now through Aug. 25 for travel from Aug. 26 through
Oct. 31, 2002.

Customers who take advantage of these great fares will receive the added
value of 3,000 FlightFund bonus miles for every roundtrip ticket purchased at
americawest.com with travel completed by Dec. 31, 2002.
