Qantas today announced it had signed a five year agreement with Flight Centre Limited, linking the two companies as preferred travel partners.

Qantas Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Geoff Dixon, said the contract - worth an estimated $4 billion in revenue - involved Qantas Airways and subsidiary travel wholesaler Qantas Holidays.

“We have forged a strong relationship with Flight Centre over the past 12 months,” Mr Dixon said.

“We are confident that by extending our relationship, we can build further business through cooperative efforts,” he added.
