Built around the ‘Great Summer Escape’ initiative, visitors are offered some exceptional value trips throughout the expansive Gulf Air global network. And according to Hassan Al Lawati, Manager Oman for Gulf Air, it’s not too late to make that Great Escape!
“Many people are making a spontaneous decision to escape Oman’s summer heat, once they view the great offers we have,” he explained.  “In addition to a promise that we will not be beaten on price, we will reward Gulf Air passengers with unprecedented offers.


The Great Summer Escapes encapsulates the essence of great holidays and anyone who chooses to ‘Walk in and Fly out will be offered great deals on tickets, hotel nights and care hires.


Holidaymakers can stay in their favourite resort or five star palace longer for free! During the Great Summer Escapes, free rooms are offered to business and first class passengers. Starting with only seven nights spent in a selected hotel, vacationers will receive two extra nights free.
Adding to these free nights, Gulf Air also offers two nights free in selected five star hotels for business and first class passengers.First and business class travelers will be delighted to learn that with every purchase of a ticket from the Gulf to Europe, the Far-East or Australia, they will receive a free ticket to anywhere in the Gulf.
Finally, first and business class passengers are entitled to a free seven-day car hire when they fly to Paris, London or Kuala Lumpur. The free car rental, such as a the economical and city friendly Peugeot 306 in Paris includes unlimited mileage, all state and country taxes and third party insurance.
“These offers run through to the end of August so there is still time to get away,” adds Hassan. “And if that wasn’t enough Falcon Frequent flyer members will also accrue miles and points in the free hotel nights.”
As part of its commitment to enhance customer services, Gulf Air has also very recently increased the frequency of its flights from the four gateways to regional and international destinations for the peak summer period to 565 per week.
“This is in direct response to the demands of our passengers who wish to travel during this extremely busy period. The falcon now flies more often to London, Amman, Damascus, Cairo, Casablanca, Khartoum, Mumbai, Chennai, Kathmandu, Lahore, Dammam and Mashad,” concludes Hassan.
