Crossair Appoints Vice President Investor Relations

Crossair needs to draw on the best possible personnel as it expands to assume its new role as Switzerland`s national airline.  The company is thus pleased to announce that it has filled a further management position with an acknowledged specialist in the field: Martin Zehnder, 33, is to become Head of Investor Relations.

Martin Zehnder will assume his duties on January 1, 2002.  Investor Relations is a staff function, reporting directly to CFO Thomas Hofmann.  In his new position, Zehnder will be primarily responsible for the all-important relations with the company`s shareholders.

Martin Zehnder comes to Crossair from the Bank am Bellevue in Zurich, where he served as a financial analyst.  Prior to this, he held the post of Investor Relations Manager at Clariant, the global speciality chemicals company based in Muttenz, near Basel.  He previously studied business administration at Zurich University.
