Crossair increased its share capital by CHF 8 928 600 to CHF 2 346 588 300 on February 11.  The increase added a further 178 572 registered shares of CHF 50 nominal value, raising the total number of registered shares from 46 753 194 to 46 931 766.  The 178 572 new shares will be traded on the SWX Swiss Exchange for the first time on Tuesday, February 19.   

Further capital increases are planned for investors, especially the cantonal and municipal authorities.
