America West Airlines (NYSE: AWA) and Big
Sky Airlines (PCX: BSA) today announced a codeshare agreement expanding
America West`s route structure with service to 20 new markets in Montana,
Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Customers can begin booking flights through
this codeshare agreement on March 12 for travel in early April.
In conjunction with this codeshare agreement, America West adds Big Sky
Airlines as a partner in its FlightFund frequent flyer program. This
partnership will allow FlightFund members to earn and redeem miles on Big Sky
when an itinerary includes an America West flight. Members will earn one mile
for every mile flown with a minimum of 500 miles earned per segment.
As a special launch offer, FlightFund members will earn double miles on
Big Sky flights when connecting to America West before June 30, 2001.

When the codeshare is implemented, customers will be able to make
reservations and request advanced seat assignments on America West-marketed,
Big Sky-operated flights by calling America West. The codeshare agreement
offers online connections to Big Sky destinations such as Kalispell, Billings,
Missoula and Great Falls, Mont.; Enid, Okla.; and Jonesboro, Ark., via America
West non-stop flights from Phoenix to Spokane, Wash.; Denver and Dallas.
