Aer Lingus and FLS Industries A/S announced today, August 14th, that Heads of Agreement have been signed for the acquisition of Aer Lingus` maintenance company, TEAM by FLS industries A/S.

The parties expect final contracts to be signed shortly and aim to complete the transfer by September 30th, 1998.
