Latest Changes on flysaa.com

29 July, 2002, JOHANNESBURG: In order to optimize your experience on flysaa.com, we have over the past few months, spent time researching and gathering feedback from you our customers. Our aim is ensure that flysaa.com provides you with a fast and streamlined experience on the site.
We have identified a list of practical changes to flysaa.com, the first of which are detailed below.

Booking Process - The booking process has been condensed, with fewer steps required to make an online booking. The resulting fewer pages means that your booking process time is reduced dramatically. We have also added information areas in relevant sections to make the booking easier and minimize the clutter on the pages.

You will no longer be required to log in with your PIN Number to make an online booking. Once you select the flights of your choice, all you need to do is enter the passenger, payment and ticket collection details, choose your preferred seat if required - and the booking is done.

It is important to note that site security has in no way been reduced with the elimination of the login process. South African Airways, as a global business, has invested in the best security technology available and constantly keeps this updated.

If you would like to find out more about this, please call our Call Centre on 0861 FLYSAA (0861359 722) for assistance.
