SWISS has today received the verdict of the Arbitration Court: According to this, SWISS was authorised to conduct negotiations with Aeropers, the former Swissair pilots’ union and then to conclude a new Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) with it However, the Court added that the Collective Labour Agreement with the former Crossair pilots, concluded in November 2000, had been partially breached. Swiss will examine this verdict very carefully and will contact the CCP and Aeropers in order to analyse the situation.
