Delta Opens First Cincinnati BusinessElite Lounge

BusinessElite customers can experience more convenience and relaxation at the airport as Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) opens its first Cincinnati BusinessElite Lounge today.


Delta’s BusinessElite Lounge, located on concourse B at gate 12, will be available to BusinessElite customers on their day of travel. Elite and first-class customers traveling on Delta’s SkyTeam partner airlines’ also may use the lounge.
“We are always looking at ways to enhance our customers’ travel experience,” said Betty Hollan, general manager of customer lounge programs at Delta. “This new BusinessElite Lounge becomes an extra benefit for customers who are already flying one of the best transoceanic business class services in the industry.”
Delta offers daily BusinessElite service, featuring award-winning sleeper-style seats in a 2x2x2 configuration, with no middle seats, from Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport to London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Rome.
Providing a quiet place to work or relax, the BusinessElite Lounge offers a full service business center including local telephone service, newspapers, magazines and television. Customers will receive complimentary drinks at staffed bars. During peak travel periods, customers also can enjoy complimentary appetizers. Additionally, Delta provides two Crown Room Club locations in Cincinnati.
