Success Of EasyJet Is Topic Of Winning Business Case Study

easyJet was the topic of the overall winning entry in this year`s European Case Awards run by leading academic body, The European Case Clearing House.
“easyJet: The Web`s Favourite Airline” was written by Nirmalya Kumar and Brian Rogers of IMD, one of Europe`s foremost business schools based in Lausanne, Switzerland. Their study describes how easyJet is able to offer low-cost airline service to the masses by adopting an efficiency-driven operating model, creating brand awareness, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The European Case Clearing House, which is part of Cranfield University, is the biggest single distributor of case studies in the world, and the annual Awards recognise the extent to which individual business case studies have been adopted by business schools, universities and companies.
