(NYSE: AWA) announced today that it is offering reduced Internet fares for
four destinations in Florida where families can enjoy a fun-filled beach
vacation or spend some time with Mickey Mouse and the gang at Walt Disney
World.  Those destinations are:  Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando and Tampa.

These special fares can be purchased at americawest.com from now through
July 14 for travel from July 15 through Oct. 31, 2002.  A seven-day advance
purchase and one-night stay are required.  The maximum stay is 30 days.
Blackout dates are Aug. 30 and Sept. 3.

Customers who book roundtrip tickets at americawest.com also receive
3,000 FlightFund bonus miles for every purchase with travel completed by Dec.
31, 2002.
