Is It A Bird, Is It A Plane…Is It A Reindeer?

Santa can give Rudolph a well earned rest and jet around the globe in style this Christmas Eve thanks to British Airways’ 40th Boeing 777.

The aircraft was recently delivered to the airline and came appropriately attired for the festive season with giant antlers and a red nose made up of hundreds of balloons!

Boeing’s 777 aircraft underpins British Airways’ fleet and network strategy and the airline is due to take delivery of five more next year.

British Airways introduced the fuel efficient twin-engine aircraft, which features reduced noise and emissions, into its longhaul fleet in 1995 and is the biggest operator of the Boeing 777 outside the US.

So far, the BA 777 fleet has carried more than four million passengers on more than 25,000 flights and travelled in excess of 75 million miles.
