Take your kid for free to over 80 destinations in Europe any time from now until the end of March including school and half-term holidays. British Airways is offering five million bargain European tickets from £69 including tax. A child can go free with each adult ticket.
The offer is on sale for ten days from tomorrow, Saturday 13 October, for travel from 13 October until the end of March 2002.
Cities on sale for £69 include Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Bologna, Toulouse, Marseille and Stockholm. Christmas shoppers could head to Paris, Barcelona, Madrid or Genoa. For those who prefer a UK break, Jersey, Guernsey, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester and Newcastle are also on offer.
All other European destinations are offered at one of six prices - £89, £109, £129, £149, £169 and £189 (including taxes, fees and charges). The free child’s place is valid on all European tickets.
Dale Moss, Director of Sales Worldwide, said: “This is great news for parents as there are tens of thousands of free kids’ seats on offer during the busy half-term and Christmas holidays. This is just the start of a series of promotional campaigns to boost business on our network.
“This offer is very competitive with those offered by low-cost carriers. The price includes all taxes, fees and charges on flights with better schedules, meals on board, conveniently located European airports and great customer service.”
