ATA Releases Publications 2002 CD-ROM

Washington, June 4, 2002—The Air Transport Association of America (ATA) is pleased to announce the availability of the ATA Publications 2002 CD-ROM. This CD, which is updated annually, contains the customary industry standards and guidelines as well as many new features.


New features include:


- A Phase of Flight Specification within ATA iSpec 2200

- New e-business specifications for electronic tear-down reports within ATA Spec 2000

- A training outline for Thermography/Infrared Training Course within ATA Spec 105
- “Return on Investment (ROI)” chapter within ATA Spec 113

- Additional section dealing with Fault-Tolerant Systems Analysis to ATA MSG-3

Newly revised items on the CD include the ATA Common Support Data Dictionary (CSDD); ATA iSpec 2200: Information Standards for Aviation Maintenance; ATA Spec 105: Guidelines for Training and Qualifying Personnel in Non-Destructive Testing; ATA Spec 113: Maintenance Human Factors Program; ATA Spec 2000: E-Business Specification for Materiels Management; and ATA MSG-3: Operator/Manufacturer Scheduled Maintenance Development.
