Beginning May 1, Austrian Airlines resumes its round-trips Montreal-Vienna and Toronto-Vienna services with departures three times weekly each, so that there is a daily except Sunday connection from Canada right into the heart of Europe.
“This resumed connections come again at just the right time as more and more Canadians are choosing Austria as a tourist destination,” says Dr. Josef E. Burger, Austrian Airlines Chief Commercial Officer on the occasion of the inaugural flight from Vienna to Montreal.
Austrian Airlines new direct service will depart from Montreal Dorval International Airport and from Terminal Three at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport and will be served by Austrian Airlines’ modern, wide-body aircraft. Passengers have the option of flying Economy class or indulging in the Grand Class service.
“We’re looking forward to our resumed services out of Canada. We are offering not only the fastest connection to Vienna, but via Vienna International Airport fast and smooth onward connections to cities in Eastern Europe und the Middle East,” continues Mr. Burger: “And thanks to our Star Alliance partner, Air Canada, all our services to Vienna are operated as Code Share flights.”
The Montreal-Vienna flight OS 76 (AC 9618) will depart from Montreal Dorval Airport every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 07.15 p.m. local time and will arrive in Vienna at 09.15 a.m. From Vienna to Montreal Austrian Airlines flight OS 75 (AC 9619) will depart at 11.20 a.m. local time and will arrive Montreal at 02.20 p.m. local time.
Austrian Airlines« new Toronto-Vienna flight OS 72 (AC 9616) will depart from Terminal Three of Toronto’s Pearson International Airport every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6:55 p.m. local time EST and will arrive in Vienna at 9:15 a.m. local time. From Vienna to Toronto, Austrian Airlines flight OS 71 (AC 9617) will depart from Vienna at 11:20 a.m. local time and will arrive in Toronto at 2:55 p.m. local time EST.
