Atlanta, April 26, 2002 -The Board of Directors of Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) declared a cash dividend of two and one-half cents per common share at its regular meeting held in Washington, D.C. today.

The dividend is payable on June 1, 2002 to shareowners of record at the close of business on May 8, 2002.
