SWISS has concluded an agreement with EDS, the US-based IT company, for the provision of the new Swiss airline’s IT services.  The accord will ensure the smooth and secure operation and further development of SWISS’s passenger reservations system, its departure control system and other key IT applications which are essential to the company’s operating activities. 
EDS has also concluded service agreements with Swissport, SR Technics and other former customers of a previous IT provider.  These companies also aim to secure and ensure the further development of the best possible platforms for their IT facilities.
