Priceline & OneTravel in Travel Marketing Agreement

(R) (Nasdaq:PCLN) and OneTravel.com
today announced a marketing agreement where priceline.com will build and operate a Name Your Own Price(sm) booking engine on the OneTravel.com Web site for airline tickets, hotel rooms and rental cars.
The agreement also calls for some of OneTravel.com`s specially negotiated, fixed-price travel deals to be made available to priceline.com customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.


“OneTravel.com is pleased to offer priceline.com`s Name Your Price(sm) services in addition to our own White Label(R) Fares and other specially negotiated rates,” said Susan Jefferson, vice president of marketing for OneTravel.com. “This alliance with priceline.com enables OneTravel.com to provide our customers with even more ways to get the absolute best deals in the travel industry.”


“Today`s alliance with OneTravel.com makes it possible for priceline.com to significantly broaden the base of potential travelers we can reach with our money-saving services,” said priceline.com Chief Marketing Officer Brett Keller
. “It also is a synergistic arrangement, since it teams up two of the Web`s best-known sites for travel deals.”
