and The LastMinuteTravel‰ Network are joining forces to provide RCI
Holiday Network condominiums, homes, boats and other vacation property
rentals to the Last MinuteTravel® market.

In June 2002, the LastMinuteTravel Network will introduce
LastMinuteTravel‰ Vacation Rentals, a new category on its
industry-leading online destinations, LastMinuteTravel.com®
and Last
Minute Travel on AOL.  Travelers taking advantage of the tremendous
discounts on airfare and other travel products via the LastMinuteTravel
Network websites will now also be able to obtain RCI Holiday Network
vacation property rentals with as little as one week advance time. 

“RCI Holiday Network has more than four times as many units available as
any other company specializing in family-friendly vacation rental
accommodations such as condominiums and vacation homes,” said Peter

LastMinuteTravel`s fast-growing market, while building our brand
identity and providing consumers with more ways to access our

The LastMinuteTravel partnership complements RCI Holiday Network`s
existing agreement with Trip.com, a full-service travel website,
offering access to RCI`s unique vacation rentals up to 12 months in
advance.
