American Airlines announced the successful launch of its redesigned Web site, AA.comå®, which uses Totality Corp.å‘s e-business infrastructure services å- including hardware and software deployment å- to enable optimal site performance and operational efficiencies.
“The redesign of AA.com was a large-scale project involving a number of new applications and the integration of many technologies, ” said Scott Hyden, managing director of interactive marketing for American. “We look to Totality to provide reliable management of our complex site operations, as well as to help monitor our applications and maintain our infrastructure.”
