Concorde to move SmartFares onto SolarNet Multi-GDS

Concorde
International Travel Limited

, through it`s technology arm SmartTravel
Solutions, and
SolarNet
(SCS Solars Computing Systems Inc.; CDNX: SCS and NASDAQ OTC.US:
SCSIF), a leading provider of business-to-business information management
and electronic distribution solutions for the travel industry, announced
they have entered an agreement for the distribution of Concorde`s
SmartFares technology and fares database through SolarNet`s worldwide
multi-GDS distribution solution.

Sydney-based Concorde International Travel, which operates four
divisions -consolidator, airline GSA, leisure and technology - set up
SmartFares in 1997 and today claims 80 percent of the regional market. It
has become the industry standard in Australia and New Zealand achieving some
1 million GDS page views per month to support more than 6000 retail travel
agencies, and is now servicing agencies in South Africa, Hong Kong,
Singapore and India.

“The SmartFares system is recognized as the leader in the Australasian
region, and I am pleased to say that increasingly it is also being seen as a
real option in other parts of the world. With this in mind, SolarNet`s
global distribution capability has allowed us to expand our successful
arrangement into other markets such as Asia and Africa, quickly and without
re-engineering. SolarNet also offers more enhanced distribution features
such as Livelinx Plus,” said Mr. Richard Noon, General Manager for
Smartravel Solutions and responsible for The Concorde Groups technology and
distribution divisions.

“The relationship with Concorde is a significant milestone for the Company”,
stated Andrew O`Leary
, President of SolarNet. “In line with our strategy,
Solarnet will almost immediately become synonymous with travel distribution
in the region due to the strength and use of Concorde`s product, users in
over 6,000 agencies and 1 million GDS page views per month. The exposure and
recognition will result in enhancing our brand worldwide. It is the first
implementation of the Usage Basis revenue model. We are very pleased at
being able to support and play a major part in the expansion of Concorde`s
initiatives and success into other regions. This agreement highlights our
distinct capability to allow any travel organization to expand globally
without having to reassess it`s distribution requirements, SolarNet being
the only distribution channel with inherent access to any retail travel
agent, whether GDS or the internet.”
