Based on the criteria a guest is looking for, the Lancaster CRes will search through the association`s 35 member properties to find the best match. Geographical location, rate, property and room attributes are a few of the search criteria available. A CRes agent can then narrow down the best match for the guest. If a perfect match is not found, the system generates a hierarchy of second and third choices.
Lancaster CRes retains availability in its call center for all hotels. Property management, who will be able to manipulate their rates and yield management controls via the Internet, will receive reservations in a variety of means, including integrated front desk (PMS).
