Hi-Mark Software and eCLIPSE Advisors Form Alliance

and eCLIPSE Advisors today announced a strategic alliance to help corporations maximize travel expenditure cost-savings through a combination of the companies` data analysis and consolidation services.
The alliance will enable corporations to realize the greatest possible return-on-investment on their travel spend by employing more strategic and efficient travel procurement strategies. Hi-Mark is the world`s top provider of travel reporting software and services, and eCLIPSE is a leading provider of travel procurement solutions.

Under the terms of the agreement, eCLIPSE
will use Hi-Mark`s data-consolidation and reporting software to enhance its travel spending analysis capabilities for large corporate clients, while Hi-Mark will market eCLIPSE`s proprietary travel management solutions to its corporate customers.  By marketing the eCLIPSE products, Hi-Mark expects to enhance sales of its data consolidation services to corporations. The eCLIPSE solutions that Hi-Mark will offer to clients include the groundbreaking DACODA product for total air procurement, Lodgic for total hotel procurement and DACODA GT for total car procurement. Clients of both companies will be able to benefit from the eCLIPSE and Hi-Mark solutions regardless of the travel agency they currently work with.
