Hilton Lac Leamy Implements GuestWare`s CRM Software

The Hilton Lac Leamy
, a vibrant hotel and conference center overlooking scenic Lac Leamy, has implemented GuestWare`s
customer relationship management software.

Open since October 2001, the 349-room property already has benefited from GuestWare`s Rapid Response and Incident Tracking modules.
Rapid Response enables the hotel to log, dispatch and follow-up on all guest and staff requests. Incident Tracking provides a way to compile a record of every guest incident, its cost and its resolution.


“GuestWare allows us to tailor service to our guests,” said Francois Lavigueur, rooms division manager at the Canadian property. “Rapid Response enables us to keep track of guest requests and our ability to resolve those requests within the time we set for ourselves. Incident tracking helps us focus our energy and capital on what is important to our guests.”


The Hilton Lac Leamy in Hull, Quebec, represents the 25th Canadian property in the Hilton family of hotels. The hotel is located just four kilometers from Parliament Hill, overlooking Lac Leamy and adjacent to the Casino de Hull. The hotel is managed and operated by Resto-Casino, under a franchise agreement with Hilton Inns Inc., the franchising subsidiary of Beverly Hills-based Hilton Hotels Corp.
