Wayport Inc. , the leading provider of
high-speed Wi-Fi wireless and wired Internet access in more than
450 hotels and nine airports nationwide, has reached an agreement with
Windsor Capital Group, Inc.,
an industry-leading hotel ownership and hotel
management group, to provide high-speed Internet service at eight
Windsor-managed Embassy Suites hotels.

“High-speed Internet access in hotel meeting facilities is becoming a
must-have for meeting planners, but it is a complex and difficult
proposition for hotels to deploy, maintain and manage the technology and
service themselves,” said Sam Sansone, vice president of operations support
for Windsor Capital Group Inc. “Wayport is the ideal choice for us because
they not only install the technology but also provide ongoing maintenance,
24/7 customer support, security indemnification and, most importantly,
ongoing sales and marketing programs that drive customers into our hotels -
allowing our properties to focus on our core business: customer
satisfaction.”

“Wayport`s comprehensive service has already made a major positive impact on
our business, as we were able to support a high-profile meeting requiring
high-speed Internet access that drove more than $12,000 in revenue for one
event,” said Regina Howell, general manager/regional vice president of
operations of Embassy Suites Hotel Brea. “This one meeting alone justified
the expense of offering Wayport`s high-speed Internet service for the entire
year. Our previous provider had gone out of business, and Wayport came in on
short notice, set up the entire network using existing equipment and made
the event a huge success.”

Wayport also will provide Wi-Fi (802.11b) wireless Internet access in all
hotel common areas, including lobbies, restaurants and by the pool.
Installation at all properties will be completed by mid-April.
