BA chief to speak at ABTA Cairo conference

ABTA has announced that British Airways chief executive Rod Eddington will be a keynote speaker at the ABTA Convention in Cairo, 18-21 October 2002.

ABTA said that Mr Eddington will be interviewed about his plans for British Airways and the airline`s future relationship with the trade.

 

An ABTA spokesperson also told TravelMole that another keynote speaker will be the explorer Sir Ranulph Fiennes. Mr Fiennes will speak about the challenges he has overcome in battling against the extremes of climate and physical endurance in setting 10 world expeditionary records.
