As LastMinuteTravel prepares its Web site for a new look, new technology and re-launch, Alan Greenberg, CEO and Chairman and Jane Butler, President, announced the appointment of four additional seasoned sales and marketing professionals. Amy Adams, who joins LastMinuteTravel from DoubleClick, Inc. where she was a senior travel industry specialist, along with the other new hires, Mary Kay Bynan, Priscilla Valls and Alyssa Cohen, will report to Jane Butler. These new hires mean that LastMinuteTravel(tm) has now doubled its marketing manpower in the last 60 days.

Greenberg reports that LastMinuteTravel is on track with the plans it laid out last January when the Company was recapitalized. “We committed to quickly implementing a multi-step program that included an enhanced sales and marketing team, a new consumer look, and new technology that would make the transaction process easier for customers,” said Greenberg “We are on target with all of these elements and will be showcasing our new look and new technology as well as a host of important strategic alliances in the coming weeks.”
