New York-based Ultramar Travel Management and Sabre’s GetThere have signed an agreement that provides Ultramar Travel Management`s small and medium sized clients the ability to use private-label booking sites to make business trips online.
Ultramar has developed its One Profile, One Place technology with GetThere to automatically synchronize online and offline travel systems after a traveler enters profile information through the online booking site. This capability ensures Ultramar`s online systems, mid-office systems, and agents always have the most up-to-date traveler profile information. It also lets travelers manage their profile and book business trips from a single online source, rather than filling out additional forms or making extra calls to the agency.

Ultramar’s clients travel budgets represent up to $15 million in annual air spend.
