Delta Partnership with Travelocity to Benefit Online Consumers

Delta Air Lines, Inc. (NYSE: DAL)and (Nasdaq: TVLY), the most popular travel site on the Web, are linking up in a broader marketing partnership to enhance the Internet buying experience for the millions of travelers who visit .

Through an agreement just announced, the two travel companies will take advantage of`s superior marketing reach with Delta`s extensive global network for joint promotions, advertising and e-mail campaigns. Delta will also participate in vacation package offerings.

“Through our marketing partnership with Delta, we ensure that our 32 million members continue to receive the great travel deals they have come to expect,” said Terry Jones, president and chief executive officer of “At the same time, we add value for Delta by helping them market their products and services to our members.”
