travel Internet site, Hotwire, now can purchase discounted Hotwire
Hot-Rates(SM) at more than 1,000 participating Days Inn(R), Ramada(R),
Travelodge(R), Howard Johnson(R) and Wingate Inn(R) hotels.
Hotwire sells deeply discounted hotel rooms to price-conscious leisure
travelers. By asking travelers to be flexible on certain details like exact
hotel, Hotwire saves consumers up to 70 percent off published rates.
To find discounted rates, consumers log on to (www.hotwire.com)
and choose a
destination, travel date and hotel category. Unlike other discount sites,
Hotwire offers rates for the hotel category and travel dates selected without
the need to make a bid or submit credit card information. The hotel brand is
not disclosed until after the customer confirms the reservation through
Hotwire. Hot-Rates can be reserved until 6 p.m. on the day of check-in.
“Hotwire allows us to introduce even more travelers to our Days Inn,
Ramada, Travelodge, Howard Johnson and Wingate Inn hotels, while helping them

sales & marketing for Cendant Corporation`s hotel group, which franchises the

Days Inn, Ramada, Travelodge, Howard Johnson and Wingate Inn rooms also
can be booked through each brand`s Web site as well as Trip.com
and other Internet travel providers.
