Swissair (SR) implements ABACUS Claim-It.
Swissair (SR), has successfully implemented ABACUS Claim-It.
ABACUS Claim-It solution enables the airline to control
distribution cost by allowing agencies to take ownership and ticketing of
actual bookings, resulting in the release of Passenger Name Record
(PNR) servicing to agencies. ABACUS subscribers can then display and take control of the PNR from the airlines` reservations system.
Currently, American Airlines and Air Tahiti Nui are also participating in
ABACUS Claim-It.
