Northwest E-Check In Success.

Since the launch of Check-In in May of 2000, nearly 1.1 million Northwest customers have checked in over the Internet.
Northwest offers Internet check-in to customers flying on electronic tickets within the United States. The carrier also announced that more than 5.2 million travelers saved time during 2001 by checking in for their Northwest flights electronically Northwest also reported that nearly 400,000 customers are using its E-Service Centers to check-in for their domestic flights every month. The carrier broke its previous single-day record on December 21, 2001, when 17,386 customers obtained boarding passes through one of its E-Service Center kiosks.
