American Airlines AAdvantage Travel Awards program announced today a set of major enhancements to its electronic eSummary program.
AAdvantage eSummary(SM) subscribers have been receiving their mileage summaries, AAdvantage program information and special offers conveniently in their e-mail inboxes monthly since September 2000. Since then, the program has grown in popularity, with membership now totalling more than 2.6 million subscribers. The new AAdvantage eSummary debuts Feb. 1, and incorporates several enhancements based on feedback gathered from AAdvantage members and partners, including:
—Enhanced navigation for easier reading and quicker access to mileage summaries, newsletters and valuable offers.
— Consolidation of more than 100 partner offers into one central
location for “one-stop shopping” of current AAdvantage program offers.
— Offers that are more personalized to the individual member.

AAdvantage program paper summaries and newsletters will only be published quarterly beginning in 2002. eSummary subscribers will continue to receive their summaries, newsletters, and valuable offers monthly via e-mail.
