Ramesys Hospitality Inc, a leading provider of IT solutions to the lodging industry, announces the integration of the MPower business intelligence and data warehouse and the Maestro property management system (PMS).
This integrated solution will be rolled out commencing in January 2002.
Maestro customers will now be able to easily query their database and analyze data in ways not previously available. The MPower Power Search tool, a complement to Maestro`s already robust reporting capabilities, will allow any staff member easy access to the database for marketing and statistical analysis. Although OBDC compliant, Maestro customers now have a simpler point and click tool to access the information they want, when they want it. This tool requires little training or technical expertise. Coupled with MPower Link, a data transport tool, property level information can now be easily consolidated and analyzed across an entire corporate chain.
Commenting on the decision to integrate these powerful systems, Rick Kennedy, Ramesys Hospitality CEO, says, “We see a world of new opportunities opening with the integration of a top of the line PMS and a powerful data warehouse. It will provide the hospitality industry with the ability to make solid business decisions with tools and information not previously available to them. We believe this will change the way our customers do business by effectively allowing them to unlock their data.”
Maestro is a Windows-based, full featured, real-time, scalable PMS. Packed with an impressive list of operational features, its full suite of products has been designed to satisfy a range of requirements. These include full service resort and hotel operations, as well as multi-property chain organizations.
MPower is Ramesys` solution for the complex reporting and data analysis needs required by those within the hospitality industry. It operates by creating a data warehouse that monitors financial, reservation and guest activity.
