TELKOM recently won a contract to operate call center services for PT Garuda Indonesia, Indonesia`s flag carrier. The contract required a robust web-based application that accessed Garuda Indonesia`s mainframe host system as well as the airline`s loyal customer databases. The Datalex Bookit! Pro solution was the obvious answer.
Bookit! Pro, customized with assistance from Datalex`s local partners, enabled access to Garuda`s flight availability, passenger reservation, baggage system and Garuda`s frequent flyer system. Work is currently underway to extend operators` access to the cargo system as well as integrating it to the call center`s telephone system.
