Atlantic-Pacific Carlson Wagonlit Travel has signed up to be the first beta user of the GoBeam Inc. new Soft Console, a communications management tool.
The GoBeam Soft Console enables businesses to monitor and analyze their telephone usage by individual to ensure responsive customer service and maximum employee productivity.
San Jose-based Atlantic-Pacific Carlson Wagonlit Travel has grown rapidly over the last year and a half through acquisition and staff expansion, reaching a point this fall where its PBX was no longer able to keep up with customer service and office integration needs. Atlantic-Pacific Carlson Wagonlit Travel chose GoBeam for all its voice communications needs, including the newly implemented GoBeam Soft Console that provides company management with the ability to easily monitor and verify the communications activity of all its agents, regardless of the agent`s or management`s physical location.
The GoBeam Soft Console enables businesses to securely access and manage their communications service from any Internet-enabled PC. It provides sophisticated communications monitoring and management for on-premise and/or remote workers. The GoBeam Soft Console is a separately offered module for users of the GoBeam business communication platform. The Console is in Beta with GA expected Q1 of 2002.
