UK-based independent agency chain Bowen and Yorks is signing a 150-agent contract for X-TANT`s Traveleye, and is taking voice services in a bid to boost productivity through staff knowledge-sharing.
X-TANT, part of ntl business, will connect the chain to its industry-leading IP network and integrated selling system Traveleye, which will mean fast searching and bookings for the chain`s sales consultants. X-TANT is also hosting the chain`s email domain names, allowing them to communicate uniquely with customers.
The provision of dynamic voice services, among Bowen and Yorks` 39 branches will allow the agency to keep in touch with each other for less, with customers benefiting the most.
Bowen and Yorks` IT manager John Bloor commentsd: “Our staff are our greatest asset and each member`s expertise is crucial to us. We`re trying to make the most of our collective knowledge by encouraging branches to find out what`s happening elsewhere across the chain, pool information and ensure we convert the maximum number of leads and enquiries into sales.”
“X-TANT`s Traveleye and voice services will form the cornerstone of our IT strategy. With this technology and our commitment to maximising the potential of our staff, we can enhance service, improve productivity and reduce costs,” he added. Commenting on the deal, X-TANT travel market manager Howard Tinker said: “Bowen and Yorks is showing how X-TANT can help agents of any size increase their results and improve service.”
X-TANT is part of ntl business.
