Hotel Data Systems, a leading provider of marketing based central reservations technology for the hospitality industry, has signed an agreement with Mexico`s Grupo Fratur for use of the XENON®Enterprise Reservation System® by all 24 Fratur hotels in Mexico, in an ASP mode.

The agreement was made through HDS`s business partner in Mexico, Integracion Tecnologica Hotelera S.A. DE C.V.
Grupo Fratur is an independent franchisee group of Howard Johnson`s International, whose parent company is the Cendant Corporation, one of the world`s leading franchisors of mid-economy market lodging brands and the world`s largest vacation ownership company. Grupo Fratur will also use the XENON®Enterprise Reservation System® for its Casa Inn brand in Mexico.

The XENON®Enterprise Reservation System® is a full-featured, scalable marketing based CRS solution, meeting the requirements of all segments of the hospitality industry - from limited service, to business class and luxury.
