LanChile Airlines has introduced electronic ticketing and expanded its LanPass frequent flyer benefits.

In addition to providing convenience for passengers, travel agents are also benefiting from LanChile`s e-ticket system. Costs are lower when issuing an e-ticket and the process to make changes that are frequently requested by passengers are easier and more efficient, because agents do not need to reissue a printed ticket.

As part of its expanded LanPass frequent flyer benefits, passengers can now redeem awards and book e-tickets, all via LanChile`s website. Passengers can make reservations, use LanPass frequent flyer miles and obtain e-tickets through the website. LanChile is the only Latin American airline offering these services.
