BodyHoliday offers first ever yoga week


The BodyHoliday at LeSPORT, St. Lucia, will present its first-ever yoga week. The Ultimate Yoga Experience package features inspiration and instruction from two masters, with immersion in Kundalini and Ashtanga, and a full schedule of classes, lectures and other group sessions.
The cost of the package is $2,240 per person, based on double occupancy in a Luxury Ocean View room or Single Garden View room for the solo guest. Upgrades are available. There is a 30-person maximum.

Included is seven nights` accommodation; all meals and beverages; all classes, lectures and other group sessions; five spa treatments at The BodyHoliday`s award-winning facility; a group boat ride with snorkeling; an overnight excursion to a quiet beach for camping and a barbecue; resort taxes and gratuities. Plus, a special polo shirt; a BodyHoliday mat; group receptions; and program literature, including yoga and meditation instruction cards, recipe cards, a meditation tape and resort video.

Meditation sessions, walks and classes such as “Diamond Body,” “Stairway to Heaven - A Journey Through the Chakras,” “Fat Free Yoga,” “Ancient Remedies for Modern Maladies,” “Hot and Cool Vinyasa Cross-training Concepts” and others are components of the week`s program.
   
Also included in the Ultimate Yoga Experience and covered by The BodyHoliday`s daily rate is use of all resort facilities, including a wide variety of land and water sports, with instruction; scuba diving; unlimited golf greens fees on the nearby 18-hole Cap Estate course, with transfers; fitness classes; spa treatments; dining at a choice of the resort`s three restaurants; and nightly entertainment. Spa offerings include aromatherapy, massages, facials, Thalasso wraps and more. Holistic therapies, including Ayurveda, are available at an added cost.

Master Ravi Singh, who has 26 years` experience teaching and studying Kundalini, and Master Doug Swenson, with almost 30 years` practice in Ashtanga, lead the yoga sessions. Known as the “teachers` teacher,” Singh, who has numerous famous clients, trained more than 300 practicing Kundalini teachers and helped found centers in major US cities. He is based in New York City. Swenson, a Canadian, has developed a unique approach to yoga incorporating influences from several different systems and has studied with many great teachers. He is the author of several books.
