PROMOTION: Blue Horizons offers great family incentives

As an incentive for families, Blue Horizons Cottage Hotel in Grenada redefines off-season value by allowing children 18 years of age and under to stay free of charge when sharing deluxe suite accommodations with paying parents (maximum of two kids per room).

Additionally, kids 12 years of age and under eat free from the children’s menu when parents dine from the resort’s American Plan (AB - full breakfast daily), Modified American Plan (MAP - full breakfast and dinner daily) or the All-Inclusive Program (full breakfast, lunch and dinner daily).

The meal plans are priced as follows (rates are per day, per adult): AB meal plan, $12; MAP program, $52; and the All-Inclusive, $85.

To further enhance this great value, Blue Horizons is offering a 50 percent discount on a second suite with connecting doors.  In addition to the second suite, free babysitting for two hours per day, for three days total, is available based on a seven-night stay.

Meal plan rates, the free stays/meals for children and the 50 percent discount on a second suite are valid for travel now through Dec. 15, 2003.

“Although we’re not a traditional ‘family’ hotel in the sense of offering an extensive kids program, Blue Horizons is an excellent product for families seeking to mix some adventure and island-exploring into their vacation,” said Arnold Hopkin, deputy owner and managing director.

“Our accommodations are delightful and comfortable, and they are a great home-base before venturing off to experience Grenada’s treasures - our beaches, our hiking trails, our snorkel and dive sites and more,” he added.
